Staying motivated 🏋️♀️
Everything I already know including the fact that I have to get motivated. Motivation is the problem for me. I’ll stick with an exercise regime for a number of months, usually during the summer, but always slack off during the winter. I have a hard time getting back to it after being sick or overly fatigued from weeks of stressful work or insomnia. I just started getting back into it again and I’m trying different times of the day. I started doing a light workout after work, I normally exercise early afternoon before I go to work. Exercising at different times of the day might be a good idea for me because I feel like I get stuck in a rut.
