Triggers
Feeling healed in an environment where I sense insecurity proves challenging due to numerous triggers in my current living situation: 1. I experience triggering sensations with each door lock or opening. 2. My partner's smiling while texting on the phone triggers discomfort. 3. Watching movies about betrayal and separation evokes strong reactions. 4. Attention to other girls on social media by my partner is another trigger. 5. A lack of daily updates on my partner's activities brings up past trust issues, especially considering he previously spent ample time talking to me while managing to date someone else. These triggers induce anxiety whenever my partner is with me, as I find myself worrying about his time spent with other girls.
