We all have wounded parts of ourselves: unworthiness, self-criticism, perfectionism, and shame. In this session, we'll explore how the compassionate part of ourselves can understand and heal those wounds. 'The Story of The Cracked Pot' shows how our vulnerability can nourish others. We find freedom in revealing the whole of ourselves authentically.

Our wounded parts
It's frustrating for me to continue working on mine with little results. I can't ignore them or push them aside. It's going to take a lot of work for me on one in particular. Or maybe not!
