Even though it is very normal for us humans to resist that which is, resistance does not serve us in any way. In fact, at the metaphysical level, resistance only serves to magnify and amplify the very thing we are resisting. Not to mention that it makes us feel bad. If we instead can embrace and allow that which is to be as it is, without judging it or giving it names or labels, we are calling forth only peace, joy, harmony, and wholeness. It is all up to us to choose what we desire to call forth.

Enlightening in a profound way
I learned much in this session about acceptance—more depth and description in a way that effectively connected with me. I look forward to listening to more of your work as I grow in my new journey. Thank you and namaste 🙏
That which is meant to be
I choose, I turn towards love, kindness, compassion, laughter, creativity, play and aging with grace.

Today’s Reality
It is true that we are spiritual beings having a human experience This changes everything
Having spent 52 years obsessing about what is. Why, why me, why to me…seeing with eyes of lack rather than really seeing and understanding that all is truly well. I have always been taken care of in some way or form. That I chose to see thru those eyes, judging my life, focusing on what should be happening, talking to everyone about it, trying to force what I wanted…only calling more of it into my experience. I put out so much resistance all these years. I feel I have a new set of eyes. Now, I stop and look around, accepting all that is and removing it from being who I am. Seeing the light that shines all around me. Happy Sunday 🙏🏻🌼
Trying to absorb the fact of embracing these issues of anger, that knowing I can work thru those feelings because those feelings are temporary, to stay calm and work through them, it will be okay, I am loved and I am safe. Stay calm work through it!
