Stress Busting Foods
It is natural when we are feeling stressed to crave comforting foods that may not necessarily be good for our mind and bodies. I am a big believer in the saying “what are what we eat”.Our gut health is very connected to how we feel.
In this coaching session, Dave gives us a list of foods to turn to when we are feeling stressed along with the benefits of these foods.

-Blueberries
-Chamomile tea
-Dark Chocolate-70%
-Grass fed beef
-Oatmeal
-Walnut
-Pistachios
-Green leafy vegetables
-Fermented food-Yogurt
He also recommends making a meal plan every week along with giving examples for what to eat for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. I highly recommend listening to this session. It has a lot of good information in it.
