A bit too abstract
I understand the idea of this meditation but it didn’t really help me getting there. It was quite abstract and disembodied. Perhaps connecting to our organismic nature would help...

I learned that it is essential for us to ease our minds and to just focus on this moment, this day and this breath and just by doing that, that is the key to help all anxiety and to true mindfulness. This meditation really helped me. I felt at ease right away, I felt a sense of calm throughout all of my body. It’s important to remember to do this meditation practice daily. We run our body’s and minds to the wire day in and day at without a break and that is not healthy. We need to learn to stop, myself included and just focus on this very moment and give ourselves a break for a moment. Just appreciate all that we are, all that we have and all that we’re becoming. Such a great reminder and way to start my day! Namaste 🧘🏼‍♀️😌❤️

True Nature
This is a simple, but wonderful meditation in which you arrive at your place of simply existing...simply being. I closed my eyes and began to focus on the space between my eyebrows. I had arrived...to this place of existence and beingness. This place has no gender, no beginning or end, no sharp edges, no judgements...it just is. While in this place, I noticed that this sense of existing and being the knower of existence is one. In the same manner, this beingness and the knower of beingness is one...and this one is me. This is me! This is my true nature...easy, peaceful and always present! I know that I can always check in to this place to feel calm...to feel at peace! Namaste ☮️❤️🙏🏻😊

I close my eyes & immediately felt the gentle evening breeze on my face. Molecules began to jump from my face & ride the slight air current. I watched this current swirl around the room as it gained more color from my face atoms. In a short while I was no longer me. I could not hear nor move or even blink. I was just this swirling cloud of atoms that looked like me... I came to as I layed in my bed, wondering what just happened!?! ❤️🧞‍♂️🍀

I really like this one a lot.
I noticed that this one felt a little different, it wasn’t all about bringing something into you or releasing something out but actually embracing the essence of something that was and is already a part of you. It was a very relaxing meditation and helped me to release tension without even trying to do so.

My being is both light and shadow and I embrace them. Yes, as this meditation practice says is easy, but also neutral. It takes effort though to come to this neutral state, of accepting what is. Effort to see beyond our ego and expectations, and pain of past hurts.

I exist because we exist
We often forget the beauty of existing. Until we take a moment to focus on it. Those slow gentle breaths are a reminder that there is no effort in being. We just are. To acknowledge existence is to acknowledge myself. That Oneness. That universal alignment is within all of us, if we attune our energy from external forces inwardly. If I recognize myself. I recognize others. And realize that we are all the same. Existing. Living and breathing. All at the same time.

I am more than my physical body and exist not only when I wake but when I sleep. My existence when I sleep is more natural because I am less or not aware at all of my physical body.

I had to do this meditation twice...to fully understand what it actually meant and felt like...just being...it’s who I am without words or thoughts...incredible! 💝

I learned that I have for the thing of relaxation the sense of being and and the simple fact that we all exist is it consistent I Ping on which to focus no matter what we do back then we fixed it does not change. This helped me to relax when meditating I believe help me to relax in general. Have a great day everyone! May you be happy and well.

This one was easier to follow, which I’m grateful for because I’m still recovering from all the stress and pain from Saturday. I’m glad I didn’t need surgery, but maybe it could have helped so that all this intensity couldn’t happen again.
