Stay calm
These last couple of months havent been easy for anyone; we are living in unprecedented times. But remember, nothing will be resolved if we continue to worry. This road that I'm on is a bumpy one, but by following the steps in this meditation I was able to calm myself, at least for a few minutes.
Close your eyes, and take deep breaths. This too shall pass.

Pray and keep calm
I noticed when I get scared I keep telling myself to keep calm and pray everything will be just fine keep taking deep breath and relax positive things.
Thank you Nitima for helping me dissolve my negative thoughts of fear, anxiety, worry. This negativity only anchors me to a lower vibration which does not serve my higher self. By summoning the light to enter my being, I am thus engulfed in compassion, hope, gratitude and love. I am raised to a higher vibration, closer to the creative energy. 💕
