Our emotions and our body are connected. When we release in one place, we also give a release to another. It takes courage to offer yourself self-care when you are experiencing the depths of depression. This meditation is here to gently come alongside you and offer a release and a feeling of connection.

What I needed
I'm feeling quite low right now and this meditation was very powerful and emotional for me. I do feel lighter.
