Life takes us in many directions, often pulling us a great distance from the roots of our past or the people we love most. Learn to identify your core group of people, your tribe, which will add years to your life. This is an indisputable element of our basic needs for a healthy, happy life. Anyone can define their tribe, and in 3 minutes I will show you how.

Family extended
I made a mental list of people that I feel most comfortable with and was reminded of how important they are to me. I need to make more time with them! Nurture your tribe.

My tribe: few, closest people in my life
“My tribe” or the people that I feel safe, comfortable, and happy with are Nanny and Boom Pa, Grammy and Papa, Elizabeth, Somer, Sunny, Devlin, my parents, Aunt Debbie, Jordan, Ally. Some people I listed don’t always make me feel safe or welcome even but for the most part, these people in my life make me feel accepted and loved. They cherish me and for that I keep them close to my heart. It’s mostly family that I stay close too also; not many people stay in touch or work on our relationship- including myself. I need to work on this area of my life!

Tribes
This was a nice reminder to never let too much time go by without checking in with my tribe(s).

I felt inner strength an noticed that I’ve been having a lot of silly things on my mind
I learned that I need to reach out to those who make my world brighter an be there for others more, as well as take responsibility for my actions and become accountable. Then think less of the people who don’t know me an more on quality relationships in all of my routines.

Creating my tribe
Although I don’t have a lot of “close” friends I do have a couple who make me feel safe, comfortable, that I don’t have to impress...sometimes life happens and I forget but this right here reminded me that I have them and it feel awesome.

My Tribe
your tribe is a very special connection with people. you don’t need a tribe of many in order to bring joy or meaning into your life.

Multiple Tribes
I work within this system of ”tribes” all the time! One of my favorites? My Aura tribe! I feel as close to some of my Aura friends as I do to many people I have known for years in real life! Likely this is due to the level of intimacy we share here! Our practice opens us up to each other, and leaves us able to share, be open and honest, build on strengths, overcome weaknesses...enjoy each other, appreciate our unique experiences, and most of all? Learn and support! The kind of blind distance inherent in the Aura platform allows us to ”be” there for each other, regardless of background, location, belief systems, etc.

Day 2: My Tribe
I am fortunate to have many people in “my tribe”, however I need to continue to foster those relationships and make them stronger.

Getting tribal
Tribe mentality is something i like i have a big wonderful family and great friends but moving around a lot and being “busy” has made it hard so really putting an effort into those important for you and dedicating yourselves to improving each others lives really does sound rewarding

My Closest Friends
My 1st dive into the "life coach" section which I didn't even know existed. The topic of my "tribe" is something that I've learned the value of recently and now work hard at cultivating my close relationships.
