Today, we will learn more about the fundamentals and the amazing benefits of walking. We will take this meditation out with us on our walk, to see how much we can learn from our surroundings and especially from within. Today we are going for a walk in the rain. So you can either join me by stepping out in the rain or sit down at home and visualise being out and about, splashing in puddles, watching the rain fall off all the buildings and trees around you, and enjoying our time together.
