Today, we will learn more about the fundamentals and the amazing benefits of walking. We will take this meditation out with us on our walk, to see how much we can learn from our surroundings and especially from within. Today we are going for a walk on the beach. So you can either join me by stepping out at the beach or seaside, or sit down at home and visualise being out and about, checking the sea, sand, and waves, and enjoying our time together.
