Today, we will learn more about the fundamentals and the amazing benefits of walking. We will take this meditation out with us on our walk, to see how much we can learn from our surroundings and especially from within. Today we are going for a walk in the town. So you can either join me by stepping out and about to do some errands, maybe, or sit down at home and visualise being out and about, checking the buildings and people going about their days, and enjoying our time together.
