Today we are going to learn more about the fundamentals and the amazing benefits of walking. We will take this meditation out with us on our walk, to see how much we can learn from our surroundings and especially from within. Today we are going for a walk in the forest. So you can either join me by stepping out into a great green space with an abundance of trees or sit down at home and visualise being in the forest and enjoying our time together.
