Today is a gentle meditation practice of letting life be, with all our hearts. In this practice we can embrace our curious traveler selves in order to allow what we experience in terms of thoughts, emotions, and body sensations, to pass through us. No need to hold onto anything. Life is there to be experienced and then let go of. Today we are choosing stillness, openness, and being over our perceived life challenges.
