If you have ever set goals before, but failed to achieve them, it may have been because you did not create a specific plan of action to accomplish those goals. Taking the time to set goals is only part of the process of goal setting, and many people often overlook the other part, creating a plan!

plans
plans are essential for goal setting, as said in this exercise, goals cannot be achieved without a plan to get there. i donโ€™t really plan as much as i should, however to work on this i will try to plan every morning on the basic things i need to get done in that day :)

Making plans for goals
A goal is like baking a cake - the final goal is to have the cake and eat it, but you need the steps and ingredients to get there. I think making a "plan" will feel more effective to me than than smaller individual goals. So for work efficiency, my plan is to: - carry out one big task every morning - remember my time is my own now, don't waste it.
