Today was a tough day as far as intrusive thoughts go but I realize that they are not really gonna happen it’s a bad day not a bad life

There’s not necessarily a “reason” I would be having intrusive thoughts. I thought (until today) those thoughts were because I was bad or evil. Or had made God dislike me for my actions.
