Intrusive thoughts
There’s not necessarily a “reason” I would be having intrusive thoughts. I thought (until today) those thoughts were because I was bad or evil. Or had made God dislike me for my actions.
Coping with intrusive thoughts
I needed to hear this & some of my thoughts are not healthy. This is definitely something that I need to work on!
