It’s so easily forgotten throughout the busy day with all the distractions that a simple slow breathe can make such a difference. I do these meditations every morning but I still get side tracked in my day. Hopefully it will start to become second nature

Un sentimiento puedo tener una reacción física. Por más que lo intentemos apagar, si de alguna manera alguien despertó algo en nosotros, el cuerpo lo nota y lo manifiesta. Es como si quisiera alertar de algo. Y cuando no lo podemos controlar sabemos que estamos perdidos. Pero cuando después de eso, ya no lo sientes, no sabes qué es peor, si haberlo sufrido o haberlo pasado.

A really nice, simple meditation focused on just being. No expectations, no past or future thoughts. Just awareness of my body and how it’s feeling right now. I liked this one a lot. 🙏❤️

I learned that by concentrating on my body I can let go of thoughts of the past and the future. By concentrating on, for example warmth or air or skin, your mind focusses on that particular part and it’s easier to let go. This was a good session. Have a good day you all!
