It’s so easily forgotten throughout the busy day with all the distractions that a simple slow breathe can make such a difference. I do these meditations every morning but I still get side tracked in my day. Hopefully it will start to become second nature

I learned that throughout the day, I very rarely take the time to acknowledge anything about myself. My mind is too preoccupied with everyone and everything else.

A really nice, simple meditation focused on just being. No expectations, no past or future thoughts. Just awareness of my body and how it’s feeling right now. I liked this one a lot. 🙏❤️

I learned that by concentrating on my body I can let go of thoughts of the past and the future. By concentrating on, for example warmth or air or skin, your mind focusses on that particular part and it’s easier to let go. This was a good session. Have a good day you all!

A good reminder that the past is over and the future hasn’t happened yet. I believe I experience this today. Going for a nice long walk around town. It was a beautiful day on the central west coast and I was out there enjoying it, living in the moment. Not dwelling on the past or the future just being there, it just happened. So nice🌅Thanks Aura 🙏

This session didn’t open any new vistas in learning or understanding or anything. Just a little time alone with myself. I feel cold today. My cognition levels were super low yesterday. I had trouble coping with much of anything or even understanding things. I’m hopeful that I’ll have a better day today! I’ll try anyway!

Beautiful Wednesday 2-7-18
As I get my morning started, I begin with this meditation that allows me to just focus on myself. Not the past or the present, just the now. Reflect on my well being, my body parts reflecting around me. It was quite amazing. Thank you, Aura! Have a nice day Everyone!😀

No expectations
I enjoyed and found it interesting to go into a meditation with no expectations. To just allow my mind to relax and go where it wanted to go and do what it wanted to do. I’ll do it again sometime. In the meantime... I have goals and objectives that I plan to achieve. And to do that I need to have expectations.

I learned that I cannot control everything that happens in my life, and that is okay. All I need to do is focus on being happy and treating the people around me with respect and sharing my happiness, positive attitude and love with them. All I can do is live each day the best I can.

Connection between the physical and emotional being is good. I just stopped completely in the middle of everything and took a moment to connect w myself and I feel so much better as I go on with my day 🌞

I learned that trying to do a 3 minute meditation after my twins have been awake is not resourceful or helpful. I really liked this one - short and to the source that is needed. However the entire time I heard running around and screaming and eventually my cat came in the room and knocked the blinds off the window. Must try this again. Happy Saturday!

It ok to feel my stress. It is happening to me. And I don’t have to try to change it. That allowing and acceptance is very freeing.

I felt very calm and at ease. This really did help me with anxiety and nerves.

I didn’t realize I was holding it in till I let it relax. Also I may have almost fallen asleep but that could be unrelated.

I learned that, for the time being, I do better with meditations which guide you to mindfulness to certain parts of the body, or your breathing, etc. I am able to be mindful for longer periods of time, which is cool. Daily practice...I’m a work in progress.

Today I learned that sometimes acknowledging how I feel physically can subliminally let me know how I'm feeling emotionally. Also I learned that being in the present moment can relieve expectation.
