This meditation is about recognizing that true freedom means nothing in us feels separate. We’ll start by letting the mind expand—beyond thought, beyond identity—until we’re connected to everything. From that space, we’ll meet any part of ourselves that feels apart, cut off, or isolated. Not to fix it, but to include it. As we sit with those parts, we invite them to soften, to return home. The whole creation moves toward harmony. When we stop resisting, everything has a place. That’s where real freedom lives—not in escape, but in full connection. Let’s give ourselves that experience.
