Connecting to my senses one at a time. Letting everything be as it is. No judgement. It really helps me focus on each, as well as cultivate immense gratitude for them. I ate a piece of dark chocolate while listening. It's crazy how much better it is when you savor something. I can hear things I hadn't noticed before. There is a pond outside and I can hear the frogs gentle chorus of sounds. I liked this meditation!
