Positive mental closet
I get to choose my mental frame of mind. I get to hang up the thoughts that don’t feed me positivity. I choose what thoughts to abandon and replace. No one does that for me!
Good meditation to cleanse my mind and thoughts. I feel much lighter. I'm feeling positive and calm.
Cleaning the closet
It’s so funny that I came across this meditation today. Yesterday I literally cleaned my closet, got rid of so many things that I’m no longer attached to! It felt so good! It’s nice to associate that with clearing the mind of what I do not wish to be attached to
