The wind moves around you. Observe the changes in the season; watching patiently and feeling deeply the rise and fall of temperature. The rise and fall of breath. It is good to simply be here watching and listening. Cold is hard but cuts like truth. Cold doesn’t bend; watching patiently, settling into this coldness, and accepting warmth within. The rise and fall of breath. It is magic to be here. Simplicity and complexity. Lines of hills formed over incomprehensible time. How did I come to be here in this brief moment? Sitting on a hill.
