That this is a great morning meditation to chakra dance as a means of waking up my body, focusing my whole being for the day - a sense of creativity compassion but also protection which I need in my work was produced - grounded and calm Good to start my day I need at times to move body to focus on it ADHD needs at times a different approach especially morning - meditation while moving as a form of chi gon etc works so much better or I go back to sleep

I learned that the colours of my chakras from the base chakra upwards follow the colours of the rainbow: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet. As a child I was taught to remember the colours of the rainbow by the sentence ‘Richard of York gained battle in vain’. A wonderful meditation with Nicky’s soothing voice. Thank You!

Cleansing…
Excellent session starting with sensing/observing my white glowing aura (egg) around my physical form. Then visualizing looking through a prism and seeing the true colors that make up my white light energy separate into their respective Chakras. Taking time to cleanse each one and get it spinning back in rhythm to the energy flowing thru me was fantastically freeing and energizing!! Wow - felt heat from root to crown and then glowing afterward. Great way to get back in touch with myself, the Universal and All of Creation! Namaste All, 🌈❤️🍀
