Carrot and Onion Meditation

1. Listen to the Carrot and Onion meditation on the audio file. Then meditate using the following steps: a) Imagine the central channel, b) Start to move with your awareness in layers outwards, from the centre of the body towards the skin. When you sense that a layer is not balanced, pause and be with it until you feel better. Do it up to the skin, and then continue with the layers of the aura outside the body.
