This is a guided meditation to help ease the mind from worry. This is designed for when you are having obsessive thoughts that are keeping you awake, or when you are worrying about tomorrow. This meditation is not suitable for PTSD sufferers or for people who are awake due to excessive trauma. This meditation should not be listened to while driving or operating heavy machinery. Here we utilise three techniques to release worry and bring the body to a sense of calm. We allow space for conversations to be had in the mind space, for the visualization of the positive outcomes & finally grounding into the earth.
