Day 2 or meditating again
Yesterday did a headspace and today my first aura meditation and I feel great! I think sitting in a comfy chair helps instead of lying down like I want to because these two I’ve fallen so deep in the meditation that I wanna keep sitting. It’s nice and it’s been months since I’ve meditated regularly so I’m happy with this

Calming meditation
Right now it is quiet. I am completely calm and at peace. I have no thoughts at all. I reached a very deep place of serenity during this.
