Breathe & relax
In this exercise, we are told to breathe, hold that breath in for a while and then release. See how your worries start vanishing away! You become so focus in you, in your wellbeing, in your own life that you forget the worries for the past and even a future that hasnt gotten here yet. Learn to let go of all the ties you may have with anxiousness, because the past cant be changed and the future is not here yet. Just breathe & flow.

I can breath through my abdomen do relax and calm my body. The breathing exercise helped me come in touch with my body.

This is my time to have a few moments to myself. To just be. No one or anything needs my attention at this moment. As I hear Nitima’s soothing voice say this I feel myself start to relax. The only thing that matters in this moment is reconnecting with my breath. I slowly take a deep inhale in to the count of 4...pause at that top for a moment. Then slowly exhale to the count of 4 adding a little sigh at the end. I can feel myself letting go of the busyness of the day. My mind, body, and spirit are in tune with one another. Excellent short session to reconnect with your breath to relax and recharge. Thank you Nitima for creating this session.🙏

I learned to relax my body completely and notice the sensations I was physically experiencing. I noticed how my chest moved when breathing in and out. I noticed a dog barking outside while still focusing on the physical sensations of my own body.

i am not going to lie. i have had a pretty terrible night. and to be honest i was crying throughout this whole meditation. this is sometimes how life is though. not always rainbows and sunshines. life is real and it is raw. we should not have to hide this.
