For many of us, it can be hard to get our minds to shut off at night so we can go to sleep. Creating a brain dump before bed ritual can be a helpful way to capture our thoughts so they no longer need to loop through our minds. This exercise can contribute to better sleep quality as well as reduced stress, anxiety, and worry. I’ll start by leading you through a brief meditation and will then offer you the opportunity to grab a journal or notebook to jot down your thoughts before climbing into bed.
