Take control of your self-confidence!
I loved all these steps and wrote them in my journal. Just a week ago I would take breaks by jumping on Facebook and Instagram or scanning Amazon for things I really don’t need. I would often leave feeling worn-out, less-than, and un-productive.
However, replacing those types of breaks with meditations and short exercises has started to strengthen my mind and body. I feel like I’m adding to my well-being instead of unconsciously diminishing it!
Because I’ve taken control in what I’m “feeding” my body, mind and heart, I feel confident, strong, and ready to get back to studies! ☺️👊✨
