Hmmm usually I hear at least two or three of these things: good posture, smile, push out and negative thoughts to name a few. However, to hear this entire list made me feel good and I may even record may accomplishments from day to day. But the one thing I really need to work on is taking control of my life, regardless of what people think.

It stuck out to me that he said one could ignore the trials or stand up to them. I often forget that not choosing is a choice. What seems like a safe non-commitment is actually a commitment and is effecting my future. If I am making a choice regardless, although scarier, I will choose to face the trials and challenges head on.

I loved all these steps and wrote them in my journal. Just a week ago I would take breaks by jumping on Facebook and Instagram or scanning Amazon for things I really don’t need. I would often leave feeling worn-out, less-than, and un-productive. However, replacing those types of breaks with meditations and short exercises has started to strengthen my mind and body. I feel like I’m adding to my well-being instead of unconsciously diminishing it! Because I’ve taken control in what I’m “feeding” my body, mind and heart, I feel confident, strong, and ready to get back to studies! ☺️👊✨

Reflecting on my accomplishments by writing them down will encourage and strengthen me. Having good posture shows that I care about myself and I’m ready for anything. Controlling myself displays my stability and self-respect. Little steps make a big difference.

I felt like I needed this. I find that I am always doubting myself on the littlest things. I fear what others may think of me sometimes. I really need to stop worrying and thinking negative thoughts. I should focus more on what I have to get done and think positively, and I'll be okay.

I have good self-confidence....maybe sometimes too much, maybe I’m over confident. However, I strive to overcome all the put downs by family and loved ones. That tends to break my confidence. I do wonder sometimes, how I made it this far with all the negative vibrations around me. 🥴 🤣😂🤣

Let your body language introduce you: good posture, eye contact, smile. Maintain these to feel more confident. Mimic the stance of a confident person 3. Challenge yourself.
