Body Scan
The body scan is a great way for us to drop from our thinking mind and into our body. Moving from thinking mode to being mode, we are allowed this space to just notice what is here. Because we become present with what is arising, the body scan is a great reset to our nervous system. I really enjoyed this meditation. Having said that, I would rather have the same amount of time on each body part. Regardless, I feel refreshed with a sense of aliveness! Thank you! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
