One of the reasons we do not face our goals is because when we are faced with an unexpected barrier that we're unsure how to deal with, we shut down. We become discouraged, we start making excuses, and we allow ourselves to back off of our original plan. While this is a human and natural tendency, it's not conducive to success.

A good practice, to be mindful of external and internal challenges to a goal, and face them head on rather than avoiding them. Namaste
Destroy the Obstacle
Coach Dave reminds me that I train to get through or over an obstacle. What ifs and my arch nemesis. I work each day to physically make myself stronger so that I am mentally stronger. This way I am better equipped to handle adversity and not crumble. The more you train…the less you bleed in battle. I can and will get over that wall ahead of me.
