This was a excellent way to end my day and would probably be great any time I needed some self nourishment. My mind wandered way to much but I heard enough to appreciate the meditation. I will try this one again tomorrow when my mind is more settled. Thanks 🙏 Aura

Sometimes in life, we can get caught up in all of what this life demands of you. This meditation reminds us that before you had any labels (I.e., your name, gender, job, etc.), you have always been you. It is very comforting to simply realize how effortless it is to just exist...to be you, your true, authentic and pure self! Namaste! 🙏🏻

I felt calm by noticing my natural presence and identity beyond the everyday pressures of society. It reminded me that in the grand scheme of things I shouldn’t worry too much about life’s stresses as I can always rely on the familiarity and comfort of myself in my resting state to guide me through.

Being me doesn’t require as much effort as I think it does. I am usually a better version of myself when my mind doesn’t go wandering in places I don’t want it to go. When my mind goes to those places, I remind myself that I am still me. Just bone and muscles wrapped in flesh.

Literally tear’d up
This Definitely put into perspective for me that beyond experience, pain, connections, mistakes, attachment, issues, and opinions. At the the back of my mind who I am, who I was, and who I will become is there consistently telling me what I should and shouldn’t do. I need to hone in on my true voice and listen to it. Then I’ll always make decisions I’ll be able to live with.

Re-Introducing...
It felt fantastic to be re-introduced to my real/true self!! The true self ... without labels, without cares or without limits. The real self I have known before, forgotten about and just met again. She has a very calming voice that allowed me to both follow her & detach from any & all sensations and just ‘Be’... She suggests some great tools/techniques to employ to get us to this relaxed state & the quiet moments needed to get there. Very well orchestrated session that I hope to come back to or at least use parts of in the future! I feel unadulterated, boundless yet totally connected to the endlessly changing One. Thanks for another great session Aura! ❤️😑🍀

Time for myself
This week I have made the decision to consciously allow myself time for meditation as I am led to believe that it will have significant benefits for my mental health and wellbeing. I hope I will be able to maintain that going forward I do at least one meditation a day, without losing focus.

Hard to snap out of a mind set
I want to continue focusing on clearing my mind so that I can control my thoughts and clear a busy mind. A busy mind resulted into heavy rushed quick breathing and an uncomfortable body.

I really enjoyed listening to this and would like to re-listen. She talks about how our spirit doesn’t have an age, name, gender, I don’t think I fully grasped the concept but letting go to feel complete serenity and happiness inside.

today’s meditation
i learned that i am more than my age, appearance, materialistic aspects and overall image. I am simply energy and a soul and i would love to tune in and channel that more often. i think everyone could benefit from this meditation to take a minute to realize your energy is the most important thing to take care of rather than your hair, makeup or outfit. As long as my energy is pure and i’ve realized i am me and that’s it, i can have an amazing day :))
