Welcome to Day 1! This is a beginner Yoga practice that will use breath and movement to bring body and mind into harmony. The class starts with a little Yoga tip to help you enhance your practice and make it safer. Each practice ends with a long Savasana using Yoga Nidra techniques for deep relaxation. You can use blocks for your practice and a pillow or blanket for the Savasana at the end.
