Beauty Of Sleep - The Mystic Lake
Ralf Eisend
Sleep Coach & Meditation Teacher
Objects can contain qualities that we as humans consider desirable. Beauty embodies the good, in the world and in us: kindness, gentleness, harmony, balance, peacefulness, strength and dignity. As soon as we recognise qualities in an object that are beneficial to our own life, we are emotionally touched and affected. Beautiful things, therefore, have an important function. They invite us to develop towards them, to become what they are. Beauty forms the soul. Ugliness introduces us to dangerous and harmful qualities and encourages us to be equally dismissive, chaotic or impetuous, which in turn makes it difficult to be thoughtful, kind and calm.
