A useful practice to help notice when you are running on autopilot. Learn to make a conscious choice to be in the present moment. Photo by Philip Deus on Unsplash

Autopilot
This is a perfect meditation for me. I think I will do it each morning to help me begin my day being present.

Autopilot revisited
I finally learned where my saved meditations are. When I looked at my comment on autopilot, I saw that I said I would do it every morning. Clearly, Iโ€™d forgotten my intention by the next morning. This reminds me of EST where Warner said, โ€œIf you want to know your intention, look at whatโ€™s so!โ€ This meditation very much reminds me of EST training and I like that.

I think Iโ€™ll learn something new every time I do this meditation. Today, I came up with a new intention to be present with people and my dogs and cat each time I interact with them. Iโ€™ve often said I wish I were more kind and the light dawned with this listening that you simply need be in the moment and that awareness that you are interacting with another living being will allow you the space to be kind.

I never realised how much I was running on autopilot. So good to stop, take note and meditate

Autopilot
Good weekend to think about autopilot. Spending time with extended family itโ€™s easy to fall into bad/old habits. Making a conscious effort to act mindfully and set a foot example for me and those I love. Namaste

Iโ€™m writing this intentionally
From now on Iโ€™ve learned how to become more aware of what I do and feel. If I start doing things with intent it might be beneficial to me in the future.

Autopilot
I learned that I can rewire how I do things and my intentions, and get off of autopilot.

Breathe
I need to take action in order to create change. Nothing will simply come easily. Just breathe.

What Iโ€™ve learned...
I learned that if you want to do something you need to push yourself to do it! Say you want to start getting up earlier you can write a note to yourself and say why you would like to do that๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

Motivational Food for Thought ๐ŸŒ…
I donโ€™t feel like talking action at the moment as I am still feeling crummy with a cold. But, it was nice listening to your meditation session Dea. Itโ€™s funny because, I do some of these very things to motivate myself, to do things or stop doing things, that distract me from thinking about things I donโ€™t need to. I liked the idea ๐Ÿ’ก of changing the notes ๐Ÿ“ wording them differently. Yes, little motivational post-ups! Setting my spa tote bag out and ready to go. Putting my bike ๐Ÿšฒ just outside the front door, on my patio for that invigorating ride. Iโ€™ll get this all going and when this cold takes a hike so will I! Things can only get get better at this point, upwards and onwards ๐Ÿง—โ€โ™€๏ธ
