Relaxed/Rejuvenated
Sitting outside feeling the warmth of the sun on my face along with a gentle refreshing breeze, inhaling and exhaling slowly, I feel my spirit waking up to the gift of this new day. The soothing sounds encourage deep breathing which is grounding me in the present moment. As I continue to connect with the stillness from within, I feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
