Good Morning ☀️ 🌳
I am visualizing myself sitting by a stream in the morning. The sun is peaking through the trees. As I tilt my head upwards, I can feel the warmth on my face. I smile as I feel this golden light making its way throughout my body helping me to greet this new day. I really enjoyed listening to the nature sounds as well as the soothing background music. I feel refreshed and grounded.
