Open and activate your chakras while you sleep. First I relax you down for sleep then I begin the sleep affirmations to cleanse, align, activate and balance your chakras. The affirmations are divided into 7 parts one after the other, each containing affirmations for every one of your seven main energy centers. I mention which chakra we're working on at each section, but you might be asleep by then so don't worry! Your subconscious mind is always listening, even during sleep. Our subconscious mind is like a magic genie. If we program our mind to create open and radiant chakras, it will be so, manifesting into reality.

Fourth Covid vaccine shot
Incredibly I had just received my fourth Covid vaccine injection, prior to using this chakra hypnosis meditation for sleep. I am working with a sleep specialist to assist me with sleep apnea and chronic insomnia. The added injection, on top of a CPAP machine, and a new Meditation, appeared as a recipe for problem sleep. Au contraire! I was asleep within minutes, I have no recollection of the meditation. I know that it started and my breathing was controlled and I later woke up at 5 AM, but other than that it was a blissful nights sleep. So far I have received no symptoms of the Vaccination, and I give credit where credit is due; the change yesterday was in how I went to sleep.

I learned that since my partner thinks we can control or feelings which means we can change our feelings…she doesn’t want to hear mine unless she or I want to do something about changing them. I need to feel them and acknowledge them first.

I usually do this during the Day if I feel that I need to rest or early in the morning. The first time I listened to it I didn't fall asleep so it was 2 very long hours 😛 but now when I've done it a few Times i'm actually sleeping more and more. And it feels amazing when I wake up, i'm calm and energized. So a little bit of practies and this work like a Dream 😁
