Somethings are to accept
I learned there I difficult time accepting one thing. I can accept most things and give myself the compassion I need to let it be. This meditation came just at the right time. Even though this one sensation has not full subsided it has eased a bit and I can always come back to this meditation when I need to.

After doing yoga with the wife I asked if she wanted to join me for yoga. We sat knee to knee and clasped hands for this mediation. It was odd accepting anxiety, I always say anxiety isn't real so allowing myself to feel it was really odd. And then coming back to the one I love was wonderful. I learned that I am part of the earth, somehow, that never occurred to me.

I started crying during this meditation which surprised me. Sometimes when we give ourselves compassion we don’t even realize we need it.
