A Reiki Power Symbol Meditation

A Meditation incorporating the Choku Rei Reiki Power Symbol. A guided Meditation that further develops and deepens your understanding of Reiki whilst taking you on a wonderful journey. It includes a preparation technique for grounding and protecting (this is a very useful exercise to carry out each day even if not part of the meditation) and a 20 minute guided meditation that incorporates Reiki and the ancient reiki power symbol to further enhance the benefits of this relaxing and uplifting meditation. The backdrop for the meditation is the ancient and empowering Gayatri Mantra which adds to this very special recording.
