Standing at the beginning of my simple path, I see my heart in front of me with the words “I forgive you”. As the heart is moving along the path, I walk towards it visualizing someone that I need to forgive. My husband and myself. I have been angry at him for such a long time. And, disappointed in myself for putting my needs last. As I extend the heart to him as well as myself, saying the words “I forgive you”, tears are streaming down my face. The heaviness I have been carrying around feels lighter. In this moment, I begin to feel at peace along with a sense of clarity.It is comforting to know I can always return back to this path when I need help in finding forgiveness. This path does lead to freedom. I am grateful for this moment of serenity. Thank you Ian for creating this very helpful healing session!
