Being with friends
Being with friends and just relaxing together instead of going out and doing things is really helpful for me. Nicki and I Stopped by Nate and Shannon today and Sawyer played with Scarlet and Vivian. We played cards and I had an exceptional day. Was able to come home and do a 20 minute workout with Tunde on the Peloton.
