Wandering mind
I noticed that my mind wandered frequently and I had to keep binging it back. I didn’t feel frustrated, but I may have felt a bit anxious, as fetching the mind back could be compared to chasing a runaway ball.
Finished with a smile
This meditation worked so well for me in focusing and grounding. A lovely balance.
