I learned 4 tips to help me dive into the why for procrastination and how to move forward. 1. Just take the leap and get started. Acknowledge you are procrastinating and get moving. 2. Break tasks down into small steps for completion. That way it does not seem overwhelming. Celebrate each completed tasks. Giving you momentum and lettinf you know you can do it. 3. Really analyze why you have not completed it. Lean into your intuition and see is this something important to you. Is this someone elses desire and not yours. If it is not something you must do remove it 4. Ask for help. See if you can get support to start or complete a task
