Meditation is perhaps the most powerful tool there is when it comes to calling forth the peace, love, joy, harmony, abundance, and wholeness that is inherent within each of us. As such, I have been guided to create this The way of Meditation Series. This particular meditation is a 30 min long silent meditation, without initial teaching and closing prayer. Bringing it home
I love learning to focus on my breathe and be more forgiving when my mind goes elsewhere. I use to get frustrated with this but now I am learning to just let it love thru me. All is well๐๐ป
