10 Steps for a Better Life - Step 2 - Remember all that you have in life - Anything that truly means something to me in my life very rarely has a monetary value. In a world that tells us every day that we need more to be happy, it becomes easy to focus on what we don't have. But consider this. The simplest things deliver your deepest needs. This track is part of a 10 step series.

The simplest things
I learned that the more we have, the more we want! But if we would be grateful for the simplest things, we have all we need.

Lungs
Air in my lungs is what I am grateful for…I have asthma so breathing can be difficult at times. So my gratitude goes to this every time. These meditations focus on breath…and so do I. Thankyou for my reminder 💕

Choice
We are given a choice In each moment. We can focus on what we already have or we can focus on what we think we need. Because marketing, social media and the like love to tell us that we need more in order to be happy, getting in touch with what we already have requires us to be proactive in our life. And how do we do that? By being present in the moment. In the moment, we see things as they really are, not as we imagine nor wish them to be. In this light of seeing clearly, we can look around and see all the blessings we have in life firsthand. Choose to see clearly! As Ian says so eloquently, the simplest things river our deepest needs. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

The simplest things bring you the most happiness
More material things do not bring happiness. It’s the simplest things that bring the most joy (Marie, Ryan, Captain, Midnight, and Momma)
