Create the space to start letting go, by softening your physical body. Communicate with your body by acknowledging where you are carrying the weight. Come back to this as many times as you need!

Softening the body helps to let go, by acknowledging where the weight is, as many times as needed.

Letting Go

It's important for us to understand that not every piece of criticism is an attack against your character, in fact, most of the time it's not. If we can look at it from a perspective that the individual is simply identifying a behavior in you that is affecting their feelings then we can realize it's one of two things. Either the other person is misreading the way you are communicating or it means that you have a behavioral pattern that could benefit from altering for the sake of yourself and other people. Behavior is learned, it is not who you are. By separating behavior from our inner being then we can truly self-reflect and elicit growth and real progression in life.

Criticism is not always a personal attack; it can help identify areas for improvement, leading to personal growth and progress.

Stop Taking Things Personally

Cranial nerves are the body’s primary communication lines. 12 pathways bypassing the spine and connecting directly from the brain to the body. They regulate emotional control, facial expression, immune response, heart rate, and even digestion. When these nerves misfire, it can lead to migraines, vertigo, dry eyes, facial pain, or even IBS. In this sound bath, I play extra low-frequency singing bowls. Their long, sustained tones mimic the slow rhythm of the body's deep healing states. This especially targets nerves like the vagus, which calm and restore the body. This playing style may help shift your nervous system into parasympathetic flow. This will encourage rest, resilience, and the repair of body and mind. Be well, Vibe Tribe

Pep Talk With Teena!

What would you have to let go of to shed the extra weight that you are carrying right now? I’m not talking about body or physical weight; I’m talking about psychological weight. Is it possible that we have gotten so used to carrying our unprocessed baggage around with us that we’ve accepted it as a part of who we are? What would be different if we could put it down?

Letting go of psychological weight can lead to positive change in our lives.

Unpacking What's Weighing Us Down

In all of the cosmos, there is but Divine and perfect order. What this means is that whatever we think, feel, and talk about the most, by law, we are calling into our experience. The thing is that most of us are habitually talking more about what we don't want than about what we do want. Thus calling that forth into our lives. A good place to begin being a conscious co-creator of our lives is then to begin to talk only about what we experience. This is what this short talk is about.

Our thoughts and words create our reality; focusing on what we don't want brings it into our lives. Being conscious of our language can change our experience.

Talk About What You Want To Experience

This self-talk is designed to refresh your relationship with life, opening you up to untapped bliss and joy. Perfect for those wanting to get out of an old groove and shake up their perspective this morning. Step into the moment and fill yourself to the brim with this quick, simple heart-to-heart meditation.

Allow Today To Be Different - Self Talk

There are open doors of opportunity all around us, but you can't see them because you keep talking about the closed doors in your life. Whether it's a divorce, job loss, or some other disappointment that happened, it's time to reframe that experience and allow the Universe to usher in something brand new for you! Cheers!

Stop focusing on closed doors and start embracing new opportunities that the Universe can bring to you despite past disappointments like a divorce or job loss.

The goal is to create a sense of openness and receptivity, allowing the energy of the throat chakra to flow freely. This morning prayer for the throat chakra aims to promote greater awareness, clarity, and confidence in communication.

Morning Prayer Speak Truth Throat Chakra

The Throat Chakra is the 5th of 7 energetic centers in our body and is located at the center of your neck. This Chakra drives our communication skills and allows us to express ourselves truthfully and openly. It's believed by some that the Throat Chakra is also associated with our Thyroid Gland and when out of balance, we can experience suppressed communication by holding back our feelings as well as dishonesty and unhealthy gossip. This is your chance to rebalance your Throat Chakra and find the confidence and strength you need to be truthful and honest in your life and relationships.

This guided meditation invites the listener to work with the emotion of anger. However, if you don't feel anger, you can use any uncomfortable emotion. This is a practice of being with the emotion as a sensation and observing it, without getting involved or trying to change it. That way, the emotion can share with us what it has to communicate and then move on.

Want to increase your happiness quota today? It may be as simple as tapping into the joy that others are experiencing. When you can do this with an open heart, it is an important corrective to feelings of envy. Envy suggests that there is not enough to go around. But when you can feel genuine happiness for another person's win, you are communicating a new belief in abundance Ð that there's more than enough happiness to go around, and that your wins are just around the corner! In this story, we trace the shared history of wolves and dogs, from their ancient evolutionary origins to the deep bond they formed with humans through domestication. We explore how wolves live, communicate, and organize their social world, and how, over thousands of years, some of them evolved into the many dog breeds we know today. Along the way, we see how dogs developed their unique emotional connection to us—a bond that has made them one of our closest and most devoted companions.

As you search for a safe place to rest, the island’s ecology begins to communicate with you, telling the story of how it came to be.
