There are times we need just a couple of minutes to be present with ourselves, our surroundings, and our breath. This short meditation will allow us to do just that to calm ourselves in a few minutes to just sit and be present so we can then tackle the rest of our day.
Step into Sleep
There are nights when it's tough to slow the mind and prepare for a restful night's sleep. In 5 minutes we will take steps by combining visualization and breathwork to calm the mind and slowly prepare ourselves for a long, restful night's sleep.
Awareness of Breath
There are moments when the world around us can feel like it is going 100 miles an hour. We can lose ourselves, our feelings, and forget to get to the present moment. In under 10 minutes, we will take the time to concentrate on our breath and acknowledge any thoughts, feelings, or ideas that come up for us.
Get Back to Gratitude
There are days when all we can see are the bad. The bad things happening to, or around us. Our day can get started in the wrong way that sets the tone for our mind. No matter what is happening to and around us, there is always something to be grateful for. This short meditation will help shift our mindset so we can enter the remainder of our day with a grateful heart and find the beauty and love in even the smallest things. There is gratitude in even just waking up in the morning.
Patience During Mercury Retrograde
During the time of Mercury Retrograde, it can feel like we are having trouble fully communicating with others, or that others are not communicating well with us. During this time it is helpful to be conscious, think before we speak, and be patient with ourselves and those around us. This short mindful meditation will bring a friendly reminder to bring the patience we have in meditation into the rest of our day during troubling times.

This meditation will help get you and your mind back into a positive state and battle any negativity you may be feeling or facing.

Our days can easily become overwhelming. We may create an anxious space as we ponder the past, get ahead of ourselves for the future, or just a constantly racing mind. This meditation is a great way to ease the overwhelm by bringing yourself back to the present and giving yourself a little love.
Breathing Through Grief
Losing a loved one can be difficult. It is sad, painful, and brings much suffering. It can be easy to try and suppress these feelings, but it can be healing to sit with them, be present with them, and allow them to be there while still bringing in love, light, and joyful remembrance.
Patience During Mercury Retrograde
During mercury retrograde our patience may be tested, as well as our patience. Here you'll find a short meditation during these times to help reset our mindset, acknowledge, and be present to showcase that we can be patient and bring kindness during times of bad or rough communication, or miscommunication.
