The breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to anchor us in the 'nowness' of this moment. This is so for two reasons: 1) the breath is always with us, and 2) the breath is always now. How tricky our ego can be. She feeds off of fear and scarcity, And leaves pain and suffering in her wake. Her desire is to keep us safe, But in doing so, she keeps us small and imprisoned.
