Knowing Your (Right) Path - Your Purpose

In this talk, I share a helpful analogy for understanding attention - the flashlight. Learning to cultivate our attention and direct our attention in a meaningful and helpful way is one of the most empowering practices I have come across. We have little control (if any) over anything in our life, apart from what we choose to focus on and where we direct our attention.
